11. Termination and Account Deletion

STACK APP may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. When you request deletion:

  • All connected bank accounts are disconnected immediately.
  • Any active paid subscription is canceled immediately.
  • Your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this window, you may sign in and restore the account.
  • After 30 days, your account and associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

See the Privacy Policy for the complete data retention schedule.

12. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

STACK APP offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing you agree to the following:

  • Payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. You authorize us (and Stripe on our behalf) to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and any recurring renewal amounts.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you selected) at the then-current price, until you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you will retain access to paid features through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your initial subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge by emailing support@jamesmarinofinance.com from the email address on your account. This guarantee applies one time per user to the initial subscription purchase.
  • No pro-rated refunds after 30 days. Except for the 30-day money-back guarantee above and where required by law, all fees are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you choose not to use.
  • Price changes. We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing period, and we will provide reasonable advance notice. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, we may retry the charge, restrict access to paid features, or cancel the subscription.
  • Taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes that apply to your subscription.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and STACK APP agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief.

14. Changes to These Terms

STACK APP may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant updates by email or within the application. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
